Adding Candidates or Inviting Them to Apply on Interviewer.AI

Interviewer.AI makes it simple to add candidates to your hiring pipeline, whether you’re uploading them directly or inviting them to apply.

Option 1: Add Candidates Directly

If you already have candidate details (e.g., from referrals, job fairs, or another sourcing platform), you can add them straight into Interviewer.AI.

  1. Log in to your Interviewer.AI dashboard.

  2. Go to the Interviews page section and select the job interview you want to add candidates to.

  3. Click New Candidate.

  4. Enter the candidate’s details:

    • Name

    • Email address

  5. Click Save.

  6. You can also choose to Import by CSV with a .csv file with Candidate Name and Email Address

The candidate will be added to the pipeline for that job. You can trigger an email to invite them to complete the AI Video Interview process.

Option 2: Invite Candidates to Apply

You can also generate a unique application link and share it with candidates, so they can apply themselves.

  1. Navigate to the Interviews section.

  2. Select the job interview you want to share.

  3. Copy the unique application link which is shown with the Copy sign, which will say Copy Interview link

  4. Share the link via:

    • Job boards

    • LinkedIn or social media

    • Email campaigns

    • Direct outreach

Candidates who click the link will be guided through your application and AI interview process automatically.

  • ✅ Use the invite link for bulk outreach campaigns.

  • ✅ Add candidates directly if you want to track referrals or sourced profiles.

  • ✅ Keep your job description clear so candidates know what to expect.

What Happens Next?

Once candidates are added or invited, they’ll receive instructions to complete their AI video interview. You’ll be able to review their responses, scores, and insights directly inside Interviewer.AI.
