The WorkMap Assessment is a built-in skills evaluation tool in Interviewer.AI that helps you measure a candidate’s role-relevant skills, behavioral traits, and work preferences — all before the live interview stage.
What Does WorkMap Assess?
WorkMap uses a structured set of questions, often with a Likert scale format, to measure:
Cognitive skills (analytical thinking, reasoning)
Soft skills (teamwork, adaptability, communication)
Job-specific competencies (technical or industry knowledge)
Work preferences (leadership style, work environment fit)
You can choose a pre-set WorkMap template based on the job role or customize your own questions to match your company’s hiring criteria. We offer customizations on select plans and minimum pricing deals.
When to Use WorkMap
WorkMap is ideal for:
High-volume hiring where you need to pre-screen candidates efficiently
Skills-based hiring to focus on actual competencies over just resumes
Roles with critical soft skills such as customer service, sales, and leadership positions
