What is the Auto-Generated Questionnaire?
The Auto-Generated Questionnaire is a smart tool that uses AI to automatically suggest a set of video interview questions based on:
Job Title
Job Function
These questions are optimized for behavioral and situational evaluation, helping you assess candidates on communication, problem-solving, motivation, and role fit, without manual input.
How to Use It
Create a New Interview
From your dashboard, click on "Create Interview" or "New Job Interview".
Enter Basic Role Details
Fill in fields like Job Title, Function, and Location.
Go to the Video Questions Section
Scroll down to the Video Questions section during setup.
Click “Auto-Generate Questions”
Click the "Auto-Generate" button. The platform will instantly populate a set of recommended questions.
Review and Customize
You can edit, rearrange, or delete any of the auto-generated questions.
You may also add custom questions or select from your saved templates.
Save and Launch
Once satisfied, complete the interview setup and launch your role.
