What is the Auto-Generated Questionnaire?

The Auto-Generated Questionnaire is a smart tool that uses AI to automatically suggest a set of video interview questions based on:

  • Job Title

  • Job Function

These questions are optimized for behavioral and situational evaluation, helping you assess candidates on communication, problem-solving, motivation, and role fit, without manual input.

How to Use It

  1. Create a New Interview

    • From your dashboard, click on "Create Interview" or "New Job Interview".

  2. Enter Basic Role Details

    • Fill in fields like Job Title, Function, and Location.

  3. Go to the Video Questions Section

    • Scroll down to the Video Questions section during setup.

  4. Click “Auto-Generate Questions”

    • Click the "Auto-Generate" button. The platform will instantly populate a set of recommended questions.

  5. Review and Customize

    • You can edit, rearrange, or delete any of the auto-generated questions.

    • You may also add custom questions or select from your saved templates.

  6. Save and Launch

    • Once satisfied, complete the interview setup and launch your role.
