This feature is designed to help you kick-start your interview setup and attract the right candidates, even if you don’t have a job description ready.

What Does the AI Do?

Our AI uses pre-trained models on a wide range of job functions and roles to generate concise, relevant, and structured job descriptions based on the job title and job function you enter during interview setup.

It includes:

  • A clear summary of the role

  • Key responsibilities

  • Desired qualifications

  • Required skills

  • Soft skills and work style traits where applicable

How to Use the AI-Generated Job Description Feature

  1. Go to Interviews
    From your Interviewer.AI dashboard, click on "Create Interview".

  2. Enter Basic Details
    Fill out the Job Title and select the Job Function and Location. These details will help the AI tailor the description accordingly.

  3. Click ‘Generate Job Description’
    Below the job description field, click the “Generate with AI” button.

  4. Review and Edit
    The AI will automatically populate the job description field. You can review, edit, or add custom details as needed.

  5. Save and Proceed
    Once you’re satisfied with the description, save the interview setup and continue to the next steps like video questions, assessments, and candidate filters.

  • Use AI-generated text as a starting point, especially if you're hiring for new roles or high-volume positions.

  • Add unique company information, culture highlights, or benefits to personalize it.
    You can regenerate the job description if you'd like a different variation.
