If you’ve used up all your available credits but your account is still within the active subscription period, here’s what you need to know:
🔓 Access to Your Account
Even after your credits are consumed, you will continue to have full access to your account and existing data (interviews, candidate insights, etc.) until your subscription expiry date.
However, you won’t be able to conduct new candidate assessments until you purchase additional credits.
💳 Need More Credits?
You can easily upgrade or top up your credits at any time through your Interviewer.AI dashboard.
👉 Visit your Billing & Plan settings to view available plans and make a purchase.
🔒 After Subscription Expiry
Once your subscription reaches its expiry date, you’ll no longer be able to access your account unless you renew your plan.
