Switching from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan
You can upgrade from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan at any time.
An Annual plan is ideal if you're hiring regularly throughout the year and want to benefit from:
Lower overall cost compared to monthly billing
Your full year's interview credits available upfront
Locked-in pricing for the duration of your annual subscription
Access to any current annual promotions or onboarding benefits
How to switch
Sign in to your Interviewer.AI account.
Go to View Billing.
Select Upgrade.
Choose an Annual plan.
Confirm your payment details.
Your Annual subscription will begin once the upgrade is processed.

Switching from an Annual Plan to a Monthly Plan
If you'd prefer to move from an Annual plan to a Monthly plan, you can do so once your current Annual subscription has ended.
Your Annual subscription will remain active until the end of its paid term, including access to your remaining interview credits in accordance with your subscription.

Before renewal (or once your Annual subscription expires), contact our support team or visit View Billing
Select your preferred Monthly pla
Confirm your subscription.
Your Monthly billing cycle will begin once your Annual subscription has ended.
