How to Send Video Interview Links to Candidates

Once you’ve added candidates to your role, the next step is to send them their video interview links so they can complete the interview.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Go to Your Candidate List

Navigate to the role where you’ve added candidates. You’ll see a list of all candidates associated with that role.

Step 2: Select Candidates

Use the checkboxes next to each candidate’s name to select one or multiple candidates you want to invite.

Step 3: Choose an Action

Once candidates are selected, you’ll see a set of available actions. From here, you can:

  • Send Video Interview Link

  • Take other actions depending on your workflow

Click on Send Video Interview Link to proceed.

Step 4: Send the Invitation

After selecting the option, confirm the action. The system will automatically send each selected candidate their unique video interview link.

What Happens Next?

  • Candidates receive the link via email

  • They can complete the interview at their convenience

  • You’ll be able to track their progress and review responses once completed

Pro Tips

  • Double-check candidate details (especially email addresses) before sending links

  • You can send links to multiple candidates at once to save time

  • If a candidate hasn’t completed the interview, you can resend the link anytime to remind them

  • If the candidate has started the video interview, but closed the window, you will have to regenerate an interview link for them. It will use up another credit.
