How to Reactivate a Candidate Interview Link

Need to reactivate a candidate who has completed, read along

If a candidate’s interview link has expired or they need to retake the interview, you can easily reactivate their link from your dashboard.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Interview List

  • Log in to your dashboard

  • Navigate to the Interview List

  • Locate the relevant interview

Step 2: Reactivate the Candidate Link

  • Find the candidate in the list

  • Click the three dots (⋯) next to their name

  • Select “Reactivate Candidate Link”

This will immediately generate a new active link for that candidate

Step 3: Share the Updated Link

You have two options:

  • Copy the candidate link and send it manually

  • Send an email directly from the dashboard by selecting the candidate

Important: Check Interview Status

Before reactivating the link, make sure:

  • The interview is Live

  • The interview has not expired

If the interview itself has expired, you will need to reactivate or duplicate the interview before the candidate can retake it. Their link will say the job has expired, if you don't

Credit Usage Notice

Please note that reactivating a candidate link will consume an additional credit, as the candidate will be able to retake the interview as a new attempt.

What Happens Next?

Once reactivated:

  • The candidate will receive access to the interview

  • They will be able to retake the interview from the beginning
