How to Activate Dynamic Interviews in Your Account
Dynamic Interviews allow you to run AI-led interviews using avatars that adapt their questions and interaction style based on your custom instructions and evaluation parameters. Follow the steps below to set this up in your Interviewer.AI account.
Step 1: Create a New Job Post
Go to the Create Interview page:
Click Create New Job Post to begin.
Step 2: Enter Job Details
Job Title
Enter a clear and descriptive job title (e.g., Customer Success Executive, Software Engineer – Backend).Job Description
Add the full job description, including responsibilities, required skills, and experience. This helps the AI avatar better contextualize the interview.
Step 3: Enable Dynamic Avatars
Locate the Avatars section in the job setup.
Enable Avatars.
Set Dynamic = Yes (as shown in the interface).
Enabling this option activates a dynamic, prompt-driven interview experience instead of a fixed question flow.
Step 4: Add a Custom Prompt
In the Custom Prompt field, define how the AI avatar should behave during the interview. This prompt controls:
How the avatar introduces itself
The tone and style of interaction (formal, friendly, conversational, etc.)
The types of questions it can ask
How it should probe or follow up on candidate responses
Example prompt guidance:
Introduce yourself as a hiring manager or company representative
Ask role-specific and competency-based questions
Probe deeper when answers are vague
Keep the interview professional and unbiased
The quality of this prompt directly impacts the interview experience and assessment accuracy.
Step 5: Configure Evaluation Parameters and Weightage
Once your custom prompt is set:
Review the Parameters being measured (e.g., communication skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving, cultural fit).
Edit or fine-tune these parameters if needed.
Adjust the weightage for each parameter to reflect what matters most for the role.
The dynamic avatar will use these parameters, in combination with your prompt, to evaluate candidates and generate structured insights.
Final Step: Save and Publish
After completing all the steps:
Review your job setup
Save the interview
Share the interview link with candidates
Your Dynamic Interview is now live and ready to assess candidates using an adaptive AI avatar.
