Interviewer.AI is built with strong security and data privacy controls. To protect sensitive candidate data, the platform offers clearly defined internal user roles while limiting external access. Below is a breakdown of each role and how collaboration works, especially when working with stakeholders outside your organization.

Who is this for?

Account owners, Business owners, Recruitment or HR leaders, or platform administrators.

What Admins can do:

  • Manage account settings and billing

  • Create, edit, and delete job interviews

  • Add and remove internal users

  • Assign roles and access permissions

  • View all interviews and candidate data

  • Download reports and manage integrations

Admins have full access across the platform and are responsible for overall account governance.

Power User

Who is this for?

Recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders or senior team members actively involved in hiring.

What Power Users can do:

  • Create and manage job interviews

  • Review candidate profiles, videos, and AI scores

  • Collaborate with other internal users

  • Download candidate assessment reports

Power Users have broad access within the account.

Business User (External Stakeholders)

Who is this for?

Clients, department heads, interview panelists, or decision-makers outside your organization who do not have the same domain address.

Important Security Note

For data protection and security reasons, Interviewer.AI does not allow external Business Users to log into the platform or have direct account access. Those who have domain addresses, will not be be added as an account user on your account.

How External Collaboration Works Instead

While external users cannot access the platform directly, Interviewer.AI enables secure candidate sharing at the job interview level.

What you can do:

  • Select one or multiple candidates from a job interview

  • Share candidate profiles (videos, transcripts, AI scores, summaries)

  • Send access via secure email links

  • Control exactly which candidates are visible

This allows Business Users to:

  • Review candidate responses

  • Provide feedback

  • Participate in hiring decisions without accessing your account or other candidate data.

Why This Approach?

This role structure ensures:

  • 🔐 Strong data security and privacy

  • 👥 Controlled access to sensitive candidate information

  • 🧩 Easy collaboration with external stakeholders

  • ✅ Compliance with enterprise hiring standards

You get the flexibility to collaborate—without compromising security.
