The Super Admin role provides the highest level of access and control within your Interviewer.AI account. This user has full authority over system configuration, billing, user management, company settings, and all candidate data.
This role is typically assigned to an account owner, HR operations lead, or system administrator responsible for overseeing governance, compliance, and platform-wide configuration.
What Can a Super Admin Do?
Super Admins have full access to all areas of the platform, including:
Add Admins, Power Users, and Business Users
Remove Admins, Power Users and Business Users (separate line)
Full access to every interview and all candidate data
Assign Interviews to users
Edit Company Profile, Add Company Video/Introduction Video
Delete Profile and Company Account
Configure platform settings, integrations, and API keys
Billing: View invoices, upgrade/downgrade plans, purchase/renew subscriptions
Download Invoices
View/export all insights, reports, and talent pool
Invite / delete any user type

How Many Super Admin Licenses Are Included?
Only 1 Super Admin (System + Billing Control) is allowed per account.
Can I Reassign a Super Admin License?
Yes. If your Super Admin leaves the organization or changes responsibilities, you can transfer the role to another user.
To reassign:
Remove the existing Super Admin
Invite or promote another team member to Super Admin
