What are the minimum device requirements?

  • Laptop or desktop with webcam & microphone

  • Stable internet connection (5 Mbps or higher)

  • Latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge


Can I use the platform on mobile?
Yes, but for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.


My camera/microphone is not working. What should I do?

  • Check that your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone

  • Close other apps that may be using your camera (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

  • Refresh the page and try again


My interview froze or didn’t submit. What’s the fix?

  • Check your internet connection for stability

  • Retry using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

  • If the issue continues, contact [email protected] with details of your device, browser, and error message
