Each parameter in the checklist uses visual icons with color indicators (Grey, Green, Red) to flag any anomalies and ensure transparency in the hiring process.

🆔 ID Verification

We verify a candidate’s identity by matching their uploaded ID proof photo with their video responses.

How it works:

  • A similarity score is generated using face-matching AI.

  • If the match score is above 75, the identity is considered valid.

Color Indicators:

  • Grey: No data captured for identity verification.

  • Green: Score is > 70 — Valid identity match.

  • Red: Score is < 70 — Possible mismatch between ID and video.

🔇 No Voice Detection

Ensures that all submitted video responses contain spoken audio.

How it works:

  • Each video is analyzed for audio presence and spoken word count.

Color Indicators:

  • Grey: No audio data captured.

  • Green: All video responses contain voice.

  • Red: One or more videos are silent or contain fewer than 10 spoken words.

🌐 Browser Toggle Monitoring

Tracks if the candidate navigates away from the interview tab during response submission.

Color Indicators:

  • Grey: No toggle data captured.

  • Green: No tab switching detected during the interview.

  • Red: Candidate switched tabs during their response.

📋 Copy-Paste Behavior

Detects whether a candidate copied and pasted any text in response fields.

Color Indicators:

  • Grey: No data captured.

  • Green: No copy-paste activity detected.

  • Red: Copy-paste activity detected during the interview.

🗣️ Third-Party Voice Detection

Monitors for background voices or multiple speakers in video responses.

Color Indicators:

  • Grey: No voice analysis data available.

  • Green: No background or third-party voices detected.

  • Red: Presence of multiple or background voices found.

👁️ Eye Contact Detection

Assesses the level of eye contact maintained by the candidate throughout their responses.

Color Indicators:

  • Grey: Eye contact data not available.

  • Green: Eye contact maintained > 75% of the time.

  • Red: Eye contact maintained < 75% of the time.
