Here’s what you’ll get when you activate the JumpStart program:

Our team will guide you through platform configuration, helping you set up your workspace efficiently and in line with your hiring goals.

📄 Convert Up to 10 Job Descriptions into Smart Interviews

Send us up to 10 job descriptions, and we’ll create structured interview formats for each role—including relevant questions and competency-based assessments.

🧠 Skills & Competency Mapping

JumpStart ensures each interview is tailored to evaluate key skills and competencies essential for success in the role. Our assessment approach is rooted in behavioral and role-specific indicators.

📚 Question Bank Setup

We’ll help you create and organize your custom Question Bank to reuse or modify across roles.

💬 Customization Support

Have unique requirements? Ask us anything—from how to structure interview questions, length of the AI interview for different roles, whether to randomize questions or not, to best practices for evaluating responses and shortlisting candidates. We’re here to guide you.

🎥 One Demo Session

Once your platform setup is complete, you’ll get a 1-on-1 live walkthrough session to review everything and ensure your team is confident using the system.


📝 Requirements

  • You must be on an Annual Subscription Plan.

  • The JumpStart service is available for up to 60 days from the start of your billing cycle.

  • Active collaboration with your team to share job descriptions and feedback is essential to make the most of the service.


🚫 What JumpStart Does Not Include

To clarify expectations, here are services not included in JumpStart:

❌ Sourcing candidates for different jobs

❌ Integration with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Candidate profile screening or shortlisting

❌ Sharing candidate responses with hiring managers or decision-makers

Marking candidates as hired within the platform
