When you invite a candidate to complete an AI interview, one credit is consumed from your account. This applies whether the candidate applies directly or is manually added.
Good to Know:
You won’t lose a credit if the candidate doesn’t complete the interview, but if they start the interview and leave it mid-way, then the credit is consumed.
Here’s how it works:
🔁 Credit Refunds
1. Manual Refund
If a candidate hasn’t submitted their responses, you can delete them manually from your dashboard. This action will immediately restore the credit to your account.
2. Automatic Refund
If a candidate doesn’t complete the interview within 30 days of being invited, the system will automatically expire the invitation and return the credit to your account—no action needed.

You can always view your credit balance and plan details by visiting your Billing & Plan Settings.
