How to Filter Candidates on Interviewer.AI

Managing a large pool of candidates? Interviewer.AI makes it easy to filter applicants based on key attributes, helping you stay organized and focus on the right candidates at the right stage of your hiring process.

What Can You Filter?

You can filter candidates based on the following criteria:

  • Type of Candidates: All, Total Candidates, Yet to Respond, Responded, Rated, New Responses, Shortlisted, Hired

  • Candidate Status: All, New, Sent, Responded, Evaluated, Expired

  • Recruiter Status: All, KIVed, Shortlisted, Rejected

  • Time of Application: Filter by the date or range of when the candidate applied

Step-by-Step: Filtering Candidates

1. Go to the Interview Dashboard

  • Log in to your Interviewer.AI account.

  • From the sidebar or dashboard, navigate to the “Interviews” section.

2. Open an Interview

  • Click on the title of the interview where candidates have submitted responses.

  • This will open the detailed view of all associated candidates.

3. Use the Filters Panel

  • Look at the top of the candidate list for the filter options.

  • Choose one or more of the following filters:

    • Candidate Type

    • Candidate Status

    • Recruiter Status

    • Time of Application

4. View and Act on Filtered Candidates

  • Once filtered, only the relevant candidates will be displayed.

  • You can then view video responses, shortlist, or share profiles directly from the filtered list.
