⚙️ How to Randomize Questions in the Interview Setup
You can randomize questions during the interview creation process by following these steps:
Step-by-Step:
Go to your dashboard and click “+Create Interview” or edit an existing interview.
Navigate to the “Add Video Questions” section and click on “Add Questions”
Select or create questions by adding choosing from “Select Category” dropdown
It will mention the number of questions selected and you can edit and select a fewer number of questions, but a minimum of two questions.
You can also add non-randomised questions separately in the section by generating questions or adding your own or choosing from the Video Question Bank.
Finish the rest of your interview setup and click “Create Job Interview”

When a candidate starts their interview, the platform will automatically select the defined number of questions at random from your pool.
Each candidate may receive a slightly different set, while still being evaluated on the same skill areas.
