Credits Refund Policy – Interviewer.AI

We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in how credits are deducted and refunded. Here’s everything you need to know:

🔹 Credit Deduction

  • One (1) credit is deducted when a candidate is added to your system—either by applying through a job listing or being manually uploaded and invited by email.

  • At this stage, the candidate’s status will show as:

    • NEW (when applying directly) or

    • SENT (when invited via email).


🔹 Credit Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full credit refund if:

  • The candidate remains in the “NEW” or “SENT” status, and

  • The candidate is removed from the system without any interaction, review, or status change.


🔹 When Refunds Are Not Available

Credits will not be refunded if:

  • The candidate’s status has changed from NEW or SENT (meaning they were viewed, assessed, or processed).

  • The candidate has been involved in any part of the evaluation workflow, such as:

    • Resume scoring

    • Workmap (assessment tests)

    • Video interviews

    • Ratings or reviewer interaction

Even if the candidate is later deleted, credits are non-refundable once AI tools and platform resources have been used.


Important to Note

Our credit system is designed to match usage of our AI tools and infrastructure. Once a candidate enters the evaluation process, backend resources are allocated, which is why credits become non-refundable after interaction.
