Understanding Candidate Statuses on Interviewer

Every candidate is automatically assigned a status based on their progress through the interview process.

Candidate Status can help you track progress, prioritize actions, and manage applications easily. Here’s a quick guide to what each status means:

🔵 New

The candidate submitted their name and email but has not yet been sent an interview invitation.

📤 Sent

An interview invitation was sent to the candidate’s email. They haven't responded yet.

Yet to Respond

The candidate received the invite but has not submitted their video interview responses yet.

Expired

The candidate was invited or applied but did not complete the video interview within 30 days.

🎥 Responded

The candidate completed the video interview and submitted their responses.

🤖 Analysed

The candidate’s responses were reviewed by our AI engine, and scores and insights are now available.

Rated

A recruiter or hiring manager manually reviewed and rated the candidate based on their interview.

Shortlisted

The candidate was shortlisted and is being considered for the next stage.

👀 Kept in View

The candidate was strong but not shortlisted. They are saved for possible future opportunities.

Rejected

The candidate was rejected and is no longer in consideration for the role.

📅 Scheduled

The candidate has been scheduled for a live human interview (via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

🎉 Hired

The candidate has been successfully hired and completed the recruitment process!
