If candidates see the message “Looks like the employer is not accepting any more applicants for the position”, it usually means one of the following:
Interview Expired
The job post/interview end date has passed, so the interview is no longer live.
To fix this: Go to your dashboard → edit the interview → extend the end date.
Once updated, the job link will be live again and candidates can continue applying.
Trial Period Ended
If you’re on the trial plan and the 14-day trial has ended without upgrading, new candidates won’t be able to apply.
To continue accepting applications, upgrade your plan.
Credits Expired
If your credits have run out, candidates will not be able to apply.
