The candidates might get a message that "the employer is not accepting any more applicants."

This could be because the interview has expired and is no longer live. You can update the end date for the interview. This is simple as you can edit the interview from the dashboard. You can get this updated so that the interview is live.

This will ensure the link is live and candidates can continue to apply.

In case you are on a trial plan and the 14-day period has ended, if you have not upgraded your plan, candidates will not be able to apply to the jobs created by you.
